It seemed as though we might miss out on all of our annual Christmas preparations this weekend when Lexi came down with a terrible flu on Thanksgiving night. But, a girl after her mother's heart, she managed to recover just hours before the Christmas parade on Saturday - the unofficial start of Christmas festivities. Tonight we had Sunday dinner at our house so that Gigi, Poppy and Great Gram could help us trim the tree. We had a great time, and are very happy with the final product. A big thanks goes out to Annie who managed to find the cutest matching Christmas p.j.s (something mom has been failing at for weeks!). Here are a few pictures from our evening.
